Coming Soon: Create your own avatar!

As some of you will of already seen my avatar has changed to a small character, once we've implemented and tested this new feature further we will be rolling out the new features to you our members. So you ask what does this new feature do?

Well you can choose to replace your current avatar with you customizable one, as you post you earn Gil and that Gil can be used in vBshop but can also be used to purchase new clothes and accessories for your avatar, meaning you can customize him/her to look the way you want!

This features is currently in Beta stages so we will not be allowing anyone to use it just yet, but once we go live I hope to of made a fair few sets and items ready to be played with, there will also be some special items and costumes which will be rare.

If you are a GFX'er and you want to make some sets for this feature please PM me and we can discuss further. Who knows, maybe your work will be used as items your fellow members will be able to buy and use for their own characters.

We will also have a vote sometime in the near future on whether people would like the option to use their own avatars and not the customizable ones or if they don't mind us turning off avatars so everyone has their customizable ones.

We will be going Live with the Avatars system within the next couple of weeks or so, depending on how much we can get done with items and accessories. please note when it goes live it will still be in BETA stages so there may be bugs with it which we will be working on, we hope you'll like the new system and we look forward to your feedback
