F1 2004 features all the latest car models and skins including the famous Williams BMW and its new walrus nose cone. New colours and decals are intact (with the exception of smoking advertising which has been banned in the sport in a few countries). The graphics and realism has taken another step up as you would expect from the previous game F1 2003.
