Take control of a ruthless cold blooded killer codenamed Agent 47. In the Hitman series you are given objectives to carry out in any way you see fit, This time there is a twist, you have been wounded badly by a bullet and are bleeding. You are continually drifting in and out of consciousness. During the drifts into the subconscious mind of the most efficient contract killer in the business you experience some of his previous missions. Your role is to carry out these missions of the past for yourself. Hitman Contracts promises to be the most in depth and shocking game of the series.

In Hitman contracts you will need a little more than a good aim. The gun is not your only weapon ad its quite possibly not the best weapon you have either. Alot of thinking and patience is required to be successful at Hitman Contracts. Bear in mind that it is not a shoot em up game, you need to take your opportunities to catch your target. Recon is a necessity to find out the most effective way of taking out your target and the best time to do it.

Those of you that like to try and try again at games will love this. If your caught the level will end, you are presumed arrested or dead. If you have saved the previous level you will need to try it again. Any gamers with a low patience level may find it tedious that you are never told exactly why you have been found out. Sometimes its obvious but others you may be wondering exactly what you did wrong. This is where the patience comes into play.

The graphics are stunning, and although the PS2 is getting up to the limit of its power these days it still never fails to impress with the quality it produces. The Xbox and PC versions usually are expected to look that little bit better these days due to the extra power they posses. However there is very little to choose between the consoles.
